If anybody has any questions, concerns, comments, problems, solutions, anything at all about states or any other concerns within the LSC you can either contact me (Matt) at VTanigawa5@cs.com or whoomphereitis@hotmail.com or Nikoya. Hey swimmers, this is your junior rep Nikoya. Yesterday, May 15, was our LSC meeting. There were a few things discussed that i think would interest you.

First of all, we have three people who are interested in becoming the next Junior Rep for our Hawaii LSC. These people are Mallor Lim from Iolani, Jessica Yee from Manoa, and Mathew Tanigawa from Rainbows. Questioneers were made for them. Only Mallor and Jessica have turned theirs in so far. Mathew if you read this could you please fill yours out and send it in to both me and chelsea. Thank you.

** note: if anyone else would like to become a Junior rep this year, please email chelsea and i to let us know. I personally can't tell you where to get the questioneer, but im sure chelsea can so ask her.

News about states. This is how the meet will be run....

Thursday- Warm ups for Long events will start at 8:30 a.m. At 10:30, long events ( the mile, 800 free relay, ect.) will start. In the afternoon, prelims for friday's finals will start.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday- For these three days, prelims for events will be held in the afternoon of the day before. Finals of these events will be held the following day in the morning. The LSC is taking a new approach to running the meet.

**note: TO THE SWIMMERS, please tell me and chelsea how you feel about that. that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, during LC states, ballots for Junior Rep will be passed out to the swimmers.

well that is it for now... please tell us how you feel about the new state format. To Whitney: I hope that this information answered some of your questions. If it didn't please tell me so at the next meeting i will be sure to get it answered! to everyone else,  like i said earlier, please tell me and chelsea about how your feel about the state format. We go to these meetings to represent you, so if you have anything to say or ask tell us and we'll bring it to the board. Well, that's it for now. Talk to you all later.
